Return Authorization
All returns require written authorization prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Inspection & Refunds
Returned products are inspected within approximately 5 business days of receipt.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return results from a fulfillment error.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives visibly damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo documentation. We will review and determine appropriate resolution.
